Thornridge golf course first opened for play in 1991. The course was designed by Olsson Associates.
Thornridge Golf Course derives its name from the thorn trees growing throughout its design. The course has two distinct levels. Five holes were built on the lower level, one hole was built on the upper level, and four holes are bi-level. Most of the bi-level holes require blind approach shots to the greens. A creek winds its way through a number of the holes. In season, the creek is overgrown with wildflowers and long grass. The mid-size greens are well manicured.
Thornridge Golf Course facility plays to a maximum 9-hole distance of 3,051 yards and a par-36. The course rating is 35.2 and the slope rating is 128.
The clubhouse offers cart rental or cart storage. Pop, sandwiches and golf supplies such as balls, shoes, towels and clothing are available at the golf shop.
The season for Thornridge runs from March through October
